Big Basin Vineyards was one of the pioneers of growing and producing Rhone varietals in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Founder Bradley Brown planted the Rattlesnake Rock Estate vineyard in 2000 and made their first wine in 2002. Their estate and the other vineyards they work with are all located at sites in the Santa Cruz and Gabilan Mountains that are as beautiful as they are exceptional for grape growing. Everything is farmed organically, and they practice minimal-intervention winemaking to produce aromatic and ethereal wines that express terroir and variety.

The tasting will take place on our patio from 5pm to 7pm Thursday, April 7th. The cost of admission is $25 for general admission and $10 for Soif Wine Club Members. Tickets may be purchased online or at the event.
