We are thrilled to welcome William Allen, founder, owner, and head winemaker of Two Shepherds Winery! William, Rhône enthusiast and former wine blogger, was making wine in his garage for years until officially starting his winery in 2010 in Windsor, California. His partner, Karen, joined a few years later, and together they craft wines (primarily) from Rhone varietals from cool climate or old vine vineyards and unique plantings. In the cellar they focus on minimal intervention winemaking with the use of native yeasts, no additions other than minimal S02, neutral barrel fermentation and aging, whole cluster, and unfined, unfiltered production.

We will be featuring three of the Two Shepards wines, and the tasting will take place on our patio from 5pm to 7pm Thursday, April 21st. The cost of admission is $25 for general admission and $10 for Soif Wine Club Members. Tickets may be purchased online or at the event.
