On Tuesday, February 27, (from 5pm to 7pm) join Filipe da Mota Neves, the Brand Ambassador of Ferreira and Casa Ferreirinha, for a guided tasting of the house's wines. Founded in the Duoro region in 1751, Ferreira first rose to notoriety for their exceptional Ports. In 1952, Ferreira began making Portugese table wines under the label Casa Ferreirinha. Given the extensive knowledge and experience that Ferreira's winemakers had (and continue to have) of the Douro region, it came as no surprise that the table wines they produced were also of the highest quality. Today, Casa Ferreirinha is seen as a reference point for premier Duoro wines. We will be pouring the following Casa Ferreirinha and Ferreira selections:
