Join us for a special tasting featuring the wines of Cave de Ribeauvillé, the oldest wine cooperative in France! Located in the wine region of Alsace, Cave de Ribeauvillé covers a single vineyard of 265 hectares with 8 Grands Crus and other quality plots. All of the wines are made using organic and biodynamic practices. Anne, of Cave de Ribeauvillé will be pouring several different selections from the winery from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday March 30th. The cost of admission is $20 to the public, $10 for Soif wine club members.
