We are thrilled to welcome back Jennifer Reichardt, winemaker and owner of Raft Wines. Jennifer comes from a long history of agriculture in California, most notably her family started Liberty Ducks in 1901, and has been raising ducks for restaurants in the Bay Area ever since. After Jennifer graduated college, she worked her first harvest in 2011 and has never looked back. She has worked in cellars all around California and the Southern Hemisphere, and started her own winery in 2016. The grapes are sourced from all over California, and all the vineyards she works with are farmed organically at minimum. Raft wines are made with minimal intervention, and incredibly consumer friendly with regards to price point, lower alcohol, and pairing well with a variety of cuisines.
We will be featuring four Raft wines, and the tasting will take place on Thursday, March 24th from 5pm to 7pm. Cost of admittance for the tasting is $25 for the general public, and $10 for Soif wine club members.
