We are pleased to welcome the following speakers:
Steve Lindley, NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) Fisheries Director
Ian Cole & Charlie Lambert, Ocean2table, a community supported fishery
Evening features a three-course menu created by Soif Chef Tom McNary featuring ingredients from Ocean2Table. $75 per person; $100 with wine pairing. **As we are leaving salmon season, we will be showcasing alternative seafood options as part of the dining experience. No fresh salmon will be served at the dinner. The menu will be uploaded to our website soon.
