We are thrilled to welcome Bill Easton, winemaker for Terre Rouge and Easton Wines, to Soif! Since 1986, Bill Easton and Jane O'Riordan have been producing terroir-driven wines on the West Slope of the Sierra Nevada in Amador County's Shenandoah Valley. Under the Terre Rouge portfolio, Bill produces an array of Rhône varietal wines. The Easton Wine label is dedicated to the non-Rhône varietal wines, and are primarily produced from single-site vineyards. We will be pouring the following wines:
2012 Domaine de la Terre Rouge, Sierra Foothills "Enigma" (Marsanne, Roussane, Viognier)
2014 Domaine de la Terre Rouge, Fiddletown Viognier
2012 Domaine de la Terre Rouge, Sierra Foothills "Tête-à-Tête" (Mourvèdre, Syrah, Grenache)
2012 Domaine de la Terre Rouge, Amador County Mourvèdre
The tasting will take place from 5:00 pm - 7:30pm, Thursday, September 13th. Cost of admission is $20 for the general public, and free for Soif wine club members. Tickets may be purchased below, or at the event.
