Join us Wednesday, May 23rd, for a night filled with bubbles! We will be tasting a series of incredible sparkling wines, all produced using the traditional method (aka Méthode Champenoise). We will be pouring several selections from both Ferrari (Trento, Italy) and Simonnet-Febvre (Burgundy. France). Visit the Soif wine shop anytime between 5pm and 7pm, to taste the following Ferrari and Simonnet-Febvre wines:

The tasting will take place Wednesday, May 23rd, from 5pm-7pm. The cost of the flight is $15 for the general public, and free for Soif Wince Club members. Tickets may be purchased below, or in our wine shop.
