We are excited to have Judy & Jim Schultze from one of our favorite wineries, Windy Oaks, joining us for a special wine dinner! Chef Marshall is creating a fabulous 4-course menu to be paired with wines from Windy Oaks.
Founded in 1996 on a windy ridge in Corralitos, Windy Oaks has been crafting delicious, world class wines since its inception. We here at Soif have been serving their wines for years, and to have Judy and Jim for dinner is truly a special occasion.
