Yes, Soif has cocktails and a full spirits list!  Next week we're mixing up original and classic cocktails joined by two of our friends in the exciting world of beverages.  Please stop by for a quick tipple and take some bar supplies home!

Venus Spirits From Santa Cruz
Sean Venus decided to parlay his craft beer skills into making craft spirits, and after a few years of hard work and determination he has created an award-winning portfolio.  Sourcing as much locally, and all organically, Venus is the quintessential Santa Cruz spirit maker.  

Gin Blends No. 1 & 2; Aquavit; El Ladron Blue Agave; Wayward Whiskey; every bottling coming out of his Swift Street location is unique and delicious!  Sean will be in-house to educate us on his whole line of products and answer any questions you may have.

Golden Bear Bitters with Katie Shea
Bitters and Tonics and Bears, Oh my!  Katie began making seasonal tonics and bitters using locally sourced herbs, flowers and fruit, making a variety of concoctions for beverages, for health benefits, and for pure enjoyment.  Her background in agriculture and organic farming led her to create recipes that are perfect examples of California Central Coast's.  Ingredients for the well-stocked bar, these also make fantastic sodas and mocktails.  

Katie will also be here to guide us through the Golden Bear line and maybe even give us a few of her favorite recipes?.
